I'm not sure that in the advert for the property that it was mentioned how marvellous the traffic free cycle path is. Absolutely great and so convenient from the property. There was also a brilliant chemist shop very close by for emergencies and for those odds and ends that we needed, including a mending kit! Mrs T, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk 28 August 2010
Superb relaxing break in fantastic cottage, with beautifull unspoilt views. Just what we all needed. Mr M, Herne Bay, Kent 27 August 2010
Tis cottage is an excellent place to stay, our party didn't do much except relax and did we relax. The accommodation is outstanding the owner's very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The hot tub was fantastic, the local pub did excellent meals and a lovely village. My batteries have been re-charged. Mrs W, Alfreton, Derbyshire 07 April 2010
We stayed over New Year with our family. The owners were charming and friendly but not intrusive at all, and had made the cottage welcoming with a Christmas tree, decorations and even crackers for us to use. Remember how cold it was? We were warm and snug in this lovely cottage, and the log burner added that extra something.
It has wi-fi and the equipment level is excellent, also plenty of childrens and adult games, DVD's and video's to use. In the barn the gym was well equipped, and outside the hot tub was that touch of luxury to enjoy even with the cold temperatures. Mrs P, MELTON MOWBRAY, Leicestershire 20 January 2010
Exceptional quality. Far exceeds any other cottage we have stayed in. Miss Y, HIGH PEAK, Derbyshire 10 December 2009
Very good place for a relaxing break. Mrs E, DOWNHAM MARKET, Norfolk 19 November 2009
We had a great break at the Manor Cottage - a lovely house in a nice location and we look forward to our next stay there. Well worth doing the bike ride to Lincoln, although 9 miles (18 return), it is flat and there is a village half way to stop for a drink. Mr B, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire 18 September 2009
A chilled out holiday, nice bike rides right on the doorstep followed by the hot tub in the lovely gardens. Mr B, BEACONSFIELD, Buckinghamshire 15 September 2009
A lovely cottage and a very relaxing break with very hospitable hosts and a lovely welcome - we really enjoyed it. Mr H, Birmingham 06 September 2009
